So, the project was spawned because the trim around the three edges of each t-top creaked like something fierce when they were on the car. The adhesive Nissan had used during assembly had become dry and stiff. I've purchased three pairs of replacement t-tops, 2 of which were destroyed in shipping and involved lengthy shipping claims.I had managed to take the three non removable trim pieces off each t-top and was cleaning the edges up as well as removing all traces of the adhesive from the trim. I went to test fit one of the edges back in place, it got stuck, and when I pulled it off, it sounded like a car accident. Tempered glass shot in to just about every room in our small condo, whether the doors were open or not. So, I'm now in the market for a driver's side bronze tinted glass (from a tan interior car). Special bonus would be pearl white paint on the outside... crap.
